HALL RENTALS

Included:

Our banquet hall capacity: 110-136 Seated/ 299 Standing.  We provide 10/60" round tables, seating 8-10,  3/70" round tables seating 10-12.  Also 3/8ft long tables and 3/6ft long tables, which could be even used for additional seating. We provide chairs . There is a bar area for use with a sink, and refrigerator. Sorry, no kitchen is provided, nor do we have  catering. 


 

We now have a 2nd room available for rent. The Brian Gillespie room, named in honor of our past Quartermaster, who sadly passed away in 2021. He worked tirelessly to raise the funds to redecorate the space.   It is a smaller area downstairs, just off of the bar featuring a plush carpet, which makes it quite warm and cozy.  It does have it's own entry without having to walk through the bar.  It is perfect for a smaller more intimate event, or ideal for business, organization or club meetings. (Pictures on the far right below include a few of the adjacent canteen) Capacity is apx. 30 - 40 people seated.  Also, your guests are not "confined" to the room, you are welcome to come out to the bar as well.  (We do ask that your decorations, etc stay in the rental area.)  Both rooms have extra tables and chairs if need be, to squeeze in a few more!  Tables and chairs are of course provided with the rental.  

 

Pricing:   *Note: After more than 20 years, without an increase, we recently raised the price of our hall from $500 to $600, as costs have gone up we were forced to make the change.  However, we did lower the security deposit from $300 to $200 in order to make the change easier on our guests. We appreciate your understanding, as times have been difficult for everyone, 

The banquet hall is $600 to rent, plus a $200 REFUNDABLE security deposit, required to reserve your date, due at time of contract signing. 

The Brian Gillespie Room is $300 to rent, plus a $200 REFUNDABLE security deposit, required to reserve your date, again due at time of contract signing.  Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.  We will issue a check for your security deposit no later than the Wednesday following your event, assuming there are no damages, and you cleaned up according to the rules stipulated in the contract.

 

ALCOHOL: 

While you are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into or into the property for legal reasons, we do offer a couple of options. First, your guests are always welcome to visit our canteen, with the same excellent club pricing our members enjoy. Second, you can hire your own bartender (we provide) for $75 your bartender will set up a full bar and serve your guests for the duration of the party. Note, that $75 goes directly to pay your bartender, so tips are a nice way to say thank you for their hard work, setting up, serving your guests and cleaning up for you!  You can arrange to have a cash bar or prepay to whatever amount suits your budget.  Either way, leaving the hassle and expense of supplying your guests with drinks to us lets you enjoy your event with much less to worry about.  If there is something special you want available, that can also be arranged, just ask and we are happy to help you out in any way we can.

*Note: The refundable security deposit is required to reserve date, balance due two weeks prior to event.  Your deposit will be returned to you at the end of your event, assuming the terms of the contract were met and no damages were made. 

**Note: Rental Prices are for a 5 hour period, you may have a 2.5 hour period of time prior to event to come in and decorate and set up your party-this does NOT count toward your time, however we do ask that clean up is complete by the end of your event. 

***You may purchase additional hours for $100/per hour, preferably this arrangement should be made ahead of time, but can sometimes be worked out on the spot depending on the time, as our bar must be closed at certain hours.  This is great if things go better than expected, you have some wiggle room to extend the festivities! 

A rental availability calendar  is available on the website for your convenience on the "Hall Rentals" Drop Down Menu.  Check the calendar to see if the date you wish to rent is available. Please note that rentals do sometimes take place over night or after office hours, making it impossible to keep the calendar "up to the minute", but we do try our best!  Please verify with Rusty for FINAL availability.  You can reach Rusty at the office or call him on his mobile number (BOTTH ABOVE) if you have not received a call back within 24 hours.  Rentals are on a first come first serve basis. Your date is considered final/reserved when you speak to Rusty, drop off the security deposit and sign the contract, not necessarily in that order!
