We tried!  Having the contract her online for filling out and dropping off with your deposit at the bar proved problematic.  The hall sometimes gets booked overnight, making it impossible to have the calendar up to the minute accurate.  We ended up getting double booked and that is not a good situation for anyone!  We felt that the inconvenience a situation like that  caused far outweighed the convenience we were trying to provide.  That being said, however, as an alternative, we can email a contract to you at your request, once you have spoken to us and your date has been confirmed.  We do know it is sometimes hard to meet us in person to reserve that specific date as our office hours are irregular and limited. The bartenders will not accept deposits or contracts from anyone, unless you have a contract that we have already signed.   So, once you have spoken to Rusty, you can ask him to email the contract to you (we will sign it first) which you are then welcome to drop off along with your deposit with the bartender during business hours at your convenience.  Remember, no date is considered booked until we have the deposit and contract. Hopefully, this serves as a good compromise, keeping it convenient without running the risk of two people renting the same hall on the same day!!!
